According to Sandra Ingerman the most common symptom of soul loss is: dissociation where a person does not feel fully in their body and fully engaged in their life.
Other symptoms include chronic depression; suicidal thoughts; post-traumatic stress; immune problems and grief that does not heal.
Sandra Ingerman goes on to explain that addictions are also a sign of soul loss as we seek external sources to fill up the empty spaces inside of us, whether through substances, food, relationships, work or buying material objects. As you can see, soul loss occurs in many if not all areas of our lives.
It is very important at a soul level that you gather the pieces that have "gotten away" from you.

With Reiki Healing-Light Bodywork you can minimize the affect of stress in your life while enhancing your natural search for happiness and joy. When you find yourself in a situation in which you feel angry or frustrated you will be able to handle these overwhelming situations.

You will receive 3 blessings in your soul balancing session.
These blessings are gifts from the divine.
Being a precursor to soul retrieval it brings with it the knowledge that your soul is indeed out of balance and missing a soul part. Once you experience the beauty of these 3 blessings you will feel the power of your very own soul self and, of course, want to explore a soul retrieval session.
You begin to realize that you are a spiritual being with a beautiful soul filled with light. As this knowledge floods you, slowly, you begin understand that your loved ones who have passed into the light are truly still with you.

Empowering Higher Guidance:

As you think about what it is you want you will begin to form words in your mind.

You will enter your imagination where you will begin to see your thoughts take form.
You will notice how you feel about what you are seeing.
You will imagine yourself having what it is you have created in your mind.

The Globe of Light:

You will place this beautiful manifestation into a crystal ball made of light seeing this globe in your hands.

The Three Steps:

You will then see three light steps that lead to the divine light needed for creation.
You will see an expanse of light that seemingly goes out into infinity.
You sense that anything is possible here.

The Release:

You release your globe of light and it moves with ease and grace into the divine where it will begin to take form. In releasing your manifestation you have solidified your connection to the divine and all that moves within it.

Reiki Certification:

Reiki has a very extensive background and there are many sites on the Internet that go into great detail about its origin. I will not be going into such detail here. I have studied various healing modalities, Reiki being my first. Reiki is the movement of light through the physical body allowing divine light to flow through you.
It is quite simple: first take Reiki 1 in which you will become an open channel for light,
then take Reiki 2 in which I teach you in more detail how to better channel the light that you are holding so that you can effectuate healing with your physical body. After this workshop, if you choose, you can become a Reiki Master by taking my Master Reiki Certification workshop.
The Master certification will bring a greater responsibility as you will be able to teach your own workshops.
If being a teacher is in your life's path you will be guided to become a Reiki Master.
In each workshop you will be taught, healing symbols, hand positions, how to bring in greater light, good and safe energy practices as well as "attunements" which will set the energetic vibrations within your physical
body so that you will become a vehicle of healing light.
